Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern your use of LikeMan (likeman.com and its subdomains). By creating an account, ticking the confirmation box at registration, adding funds, or clicking the button that places an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy, including the acceptable use rules in section 8. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and territorial restriction

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher.
• LikeMan does not offer its services to residents of the United States of America or its territories, or to anyone acting on behalf of a U.S. resident or a U.S. business.
• By registering and by placing each order you confirm that you are not a U.S. resident, that you are not ordering for a U.S. person or business, and that ordering the service is lawful in your country.
• If we have reason to believe that this confirmation is untrue, we may refuse orders, cancel active orders, and close the account. Unused paid balance is returned where the payment method allows it; bonuses and promotional credits are not returned.

3. Our services

LikeMan provides digital social media promotion services for public links on third-party platforms. Delivery times, retention, geography, quality, refill periods, and guarantees differ by service and are stated in each service description.

Unless a service description explicitly says otherwise, delivery is performed by automated or panel-based methods and does not represent organic interest or verified real-person interaction. Where a description says “real” or “live”, we rely on our suppliers’ statements and do not verify each account.

LikeMan is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Twitch, VK, or any other platform. Platform names are used only to identify services. We never ask for your social media password.

4. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep your password secret, and do not share, transfer, or sell your account. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Tell support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Orders

Before clicking the order button, check the service, link, and quantity. Submit only complete, correct, publicly accessible links. Do not change usernames, delete content, make an account private, or order the same link from other providers while an order is active. Start times and speeds are estimates. Once processing has started, an order may not be cancellable. Refill applies only when the service explicitly includes a guarantee and its conditions are met.

6. Payments and balance

Payments add credit to your LikeMan balance, which is used to buy services at the price shown when you order. Prices may change without notice; orders already placed are not affected. Payment providers may charge their own fees. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. If an order cannot be completed, the undelivered amount is returned to your LikeMan balance. Refunds to the original payment method are reviewed individually and may be limited by completed services, provider fees, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or applicable law.

8. Your responsibilities and prohibited use

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the services complies with the laws of your country, including advertising, consumer-protection, and disclosure rules, and with the rules of the platforms you use. Label paid promotion where the law requires it. You may not use LikeMan to:

• deceive consumers, advertisers, or business partners, or make false claims about your audience or results;
• commit fraud, harassment, impersonation, defamation, or infringement of the rights of others;
• manipulate elections or political debate, or spread disinformation;
• promote illegal goods or content, hate, violence, or the exploitation of minors;
• use stolen payment methods, file abusive chargebacks, or submit false payment evidence;
• resell services with false guarantees or misleading descriptions.

We may refuse or stop service for any link, account, or order that creates legal, security, or platform-compliance risk.

9. Third-party platform risks

Promotion services may violate the rules of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, X, Facebook, and other platforms. Platforms may remove delivered engagement or restrict, suspend, or ban accounts. You accept this risk. LikeMan does not control platform actions and is not liable for them.

10. Service availability

Platforms and suppliers change their systems often. Services, prices, limits, speeds, and availability may change or stop without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any specific commercial result.

11. Intellectual property

The LikeMan website, brand, software, and content belong to LikeMan or its licensors. Do not copy, scrape, modify, or reverse-engineer them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available” without warranties. LikeMan is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, account restrictions, content removal, or platform actions. Our total liability for a specific order does not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to compensate LikeMan for claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, caused by your breach of these Terms, of the law, or of third-party rights or platform rules, including an untrue confirmation about your residence.

14. Termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or legal risk. Balance on an account closed for fraud, chargeback abuse, or illegal activity may be forfeited where the law allows.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes are heard by the courts of Hong Kong. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
