Which Twitch views to buy: live, VOD or clip
Live viewers join a stream that is already running and stay for about an hour, so go live first and order second: an offline channel has nowhere to send them. Many people browse a Twitch category sorted by viewer count, and a small stream with a few dozen viewers is easier to find than one showing zero. Video views go to a past broadcast or highlight, and clip views go to one clip link.
Pick the type in the calculator, paste the channel, video or clip link and check the total before signing in. Start with a number that matches your chat: twenty viewers and a streamer who talks to them look normal, five hundred viewers and a silent chat do not. Chat messages with your own text are a separate one-hour service. Clip and video views are covered by the 365-day refill; live viewers are a one-hour visit, so if a live order goes wrong, send the order number and support checks it.

What is the difference between Twitch views and viewers?
Viewers are people watching a live stream at this moment. Views are counted on recorded videos and clips. This page covers both: live viewers for one hour, plus video and clip views.
When should I order live viewers?
After the stream has started. Viewers join the running broadcast and stay about an hour, so plan at least an hour of streaming after the order begins.
Which link do I paste?
The channel link (twitch.tv/yourname) for live viewers, the video link for a past broadcast and the clip link for clip views.
Do you need my Twitch password or stream key?
No. A public link is all we use. Never give your stream key to anyone, including support teams.
Is there a refill?
Clip and video views are covered by the 365-day refill: if the count drops, send the order number. Live viewers are a one-hour visit, and support reviews any problem with a live order individually.
Can I buy Twitch chat messages as well?
Yes, as a separate one-hour service with your own text. Keep the volume modest and reply to real viewers yourself.
